Hi, I’m Melissa Jones, the founder of Gifted Teams.
I have spent 20 years in the field of leadership development working for UBS, ExecOnline, and Canvas Leadership. Now my mission and my passion is to help small businesses and non-profits work together more effectively by exploring the gifts of each individual, and how those gifts come together for the greater good of the team and the organization.
Other passions of mine include my faith and my family… the greatest gifts of all!
