Hi, I’m Melissa Jones, the founder of Gifted Teams.
I have spent 20 years in the field of leadership development working for UBS, ExecOnline, and Canvas Leadership. My mission is to help teams work together more effectively and more enjoyably by exploring the gifts of each individual, and how those gifts come together for the greater good of the team and the organization.
